We're excited to share with you some exciting news! Many of you know that Shea Steele, the founder of Local Honey, has relocated to New York to work on various projects and to move forward in her creative journey. She has sold this gem Local Honey to some folks who will take really great care of it. Shea's spirit and her physical talent are still very much a part of the shop and she is, and always will be, the mastermind that began a wonderful little place called Local Honey here in Nashville TN.
So who owns this joint? You remember those dudes who rented a room inside the shop to sell men's clothing? Tidwell and Perryman are their names. They are now the new owners of Local Honey. Find out more about these fellas here.
As plans move forward to continue making Local Honey even more awesome, some changes are being made to streamline and make the overall business make sense for you guys. The first change is that Tidwell and Perryman (the clothing collection) is now going to be called Local Honey Men's Shop. The new name brings new strength and more avenues for even better men's clothing and we're super stoked about it. Be sure not to miss the Local Honey Fall Fashion Show Sunday Oct 13 where over 13 men's looks will be featured on the runway! Ladies don't fret, Local Honey is staffed with over 6 buyers who fervently search, dig, and claw to bring you incredible women's pieces as well. #wegotyou
The second change / new phase of Local Honey is the opening of our Local Honey Hair Shop located in the upstairs of the house. We've been working hard to get that up and running and we will officially be open for business later this month. Stay tuned!
We thank all of you for your LOVE and support for Local Honey. You guys have made these past 8 years so incredibly rewarding for all of us and we can't wait to continue giving you MORE and MORE.
